ORBINOX is proud to launch the new ORBINOX EP polyurethane-lined lug type valve especially conceived for mining applications.
The EP series knife gate valve is currently available for sizes ranging from DN 80 to DN 300 (larger sizes up to DN 600 currently under development), for working pressures of 10 bar, with ductile iron, lugged and MSS SP-81 face-to-face body. The new EP knife gate valve is available with handwheel and pneumatic actuation configurations (electric actuation configuration currently under development).
Based on our extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of knife gate valves, the design of the body and seats ensures non-clogging shut-off on suspended solids in demanding industries such as Mining, Pulp & Paper, Power Plants, Chemical Plants, Food & Beverage, etc.
